Excellent service! Our house has never looked better! Todd was kind, communicative, and able to work with my schedule! I’m a full-time work from home mom with a 5 month old and 2 highly reactive dogs in the house. Todd was able to work around my baby’s wake window, but honestly it wasn’t needed! I have had our house pressure washed in the past and it was extremely loud! My dogs went crazy! I didn’t know soft washing and pressure washing would be so different. I had planned the service around my baby’s wake window to avoid fighting a nap, but I found out it wasn’t necessary at all. This service was so quiet!! Hardly sounded like rain on the house. 10/10 would recommend.

My house looks brand new, but what really impressed me was how my driveway, sidewalks, brick and my pool concrete looked. There were stains in the driveway that I knew were there to stay but they are gone. My driveway looks brand new I was shocked on how clean it is now. Southern Pride Softwash, LLC came out and really did an awesome job. Top of the line equipment and very professional. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and will only call. As for the price it was well worth it. I called just to get the house cleaned and I was asked if I wanted the concrete around the pool and driveway done. I said “I don’t need that done it doesn’t need it” Todd said “Let me do the pool and driveway and if you’re not satisfied it’s no charge.” And he was right it needed it. Todd recently did a “soft wash” of our vinyl-sided home, and I am very pleased with the results. He was thorough and professional throughout the process and provided lots of helpful information, too. The entire house looks great, including the windows, screens, and soffit. For the service he provides, I think his pricing is very reasonable. He checked the property and examined the area for any problems concerning the garden and shrubs.
